Instructions
Beat the butter and sugars in a bowl for 2 minutes.
Add in the vanilla and egg and mix for 1 minute.
Use a different bowl and whisk the flour, baking soda, and salt.
Add 1/2 the dry mixture to the butter and mix. Then add the rest and mix.
Pour in the chocolate chips, caramel chips, and pecan pieces.
Put the dough in the fridge for 2 hours.
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and put 1 T cookie scoop of dough onto the sheet. Give space.
Bake for 13-15 minutes.
Cool for one minute on the sheet then move to a wire rack.
