Instructions
Preheat the oven to 325 degrees.
Line a 13"x9" pan with parchment paper.
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl with a mixer. Add the batter to the pan.
Sprinkle the toffee bits and the caramel bits on top of the batter.
Put the pan in the oven and bake for 44-47 minutes.
Cool for 10 minutes, then cut into pieces on a cutting board.
