Frozen Tilapia Filets
do not thaw
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 325 degrees and prepare a glass baking dish by lightly spraying with cooking spray. Set aside.
Combine all of the ingredients, except for the fish to a medium sized bowl and stir until thoroughly mixed into a sauce.
Place the tilapia filets in the bottom of the baking dish.
Spread the sauce over the tilapia filets.
Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil.
Bake for 30 minutes.
Remove the foil from the baking dish and return the fish to the oven to bake for an additional 10 minutes.
Remove from the oven and serve immediately.
