Place a Medium Pork Roast in the crock pot, cover with 2-3 Tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce, beef broth, and 1 can of cream of mushroom soup. Cook on low heat for about 6 hours. Then, about 45 minutes before supper time, turn the heat up to high. Make 1 box of Minute Rice Brown Rice, but go ahead and put the rice in immediately with a teaspoon of seasoning blend and cook for a total of 9 minutes, don't wait for boil! Add the rice and the following to the pot: 1/4 cup Tangy BBQ Sauce, 2 Tablespoons minced Garlic, Salt and Pepper to Taste, 2-3 more tablespoons of Worcestershire, and 1/2 stick butter or margarine.
