Ingredients
Bread Roll Ingredients
⦁ 5 cups of Bread Flour
⦁ ¾ tsp Salt
⦁ 2 cups of warm water
⦁ 4 tsp dry yeast
⦁ 3½ T vegetable oil
⦁ 1 room temperature egg
⦁ 4½ tsp granulated sugar
Italian Beef Ingredients
⦁ 3 cups of Beef broth
⦁ 1 tsp Salt
⦁ 1 tsp Ground pepper
⦁ 2 tsp Italian seasoning
⦁ 1 tsp Dried onion
⦁ 1 tsp Dried parsley
⦁ 1 tsp Garlic powder
⦁ 1 Bay leaf
⦁ 1 package of dry Italian dressing mix
⦁ 3-4 pound chuck roast
⦁ ½ cup cut up pepperoncini peppers
⦁ ¼ cup of pepperoncini juice
Instructions
How to Make Hoagie Rolls
Add salt, yeast, and flour to the bowl and mix with a mixer.
In a different bowl, whisk together oil, egg, sugar, and water until the sugar dissolves.
Using a hook mixer on low, add the liquid to the dry and combine. This will form the dough. You can increase speed slowly as it starts to form.
Put the dough onto a lightly floured area or surface and knead. This should make it a smooth ball.
Put the dough in a bowl that is greased, turning once to have some grease on the top area. Cover with plastic wrap and let rise until it's doubled in size.
Spray two different baking sheets with cooking spray and put the rolls of dough on them. Cover with greased plastic wrap and let rise about 40 minutes or so.
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and after the dough has risen, cut a slash in the middle.
Put in the oven and bake for 30 minutes.

Add the broth, pepper, salt, Italian seasoning, parsley, onion, garlic powder, bay leaf, and Italian seasoning dressing mix to a bowl and mix.
