Ingredients
8ouncesof cream cheese
2Cup(s)of heavy whipping cream
1Cup(s)of sour cream
1Cup(s)of sugar
1tspof vanilla
2Tof lemon juice
¼tspof salt
¾Cup(s)of strawberry topping
4graham crackers
Instructions
Mix the cream cheese, whipping cream, sour cream, lemon juice, sugar, vanilla, and salt in a bowl in the food processor. You can also mix with a mixer.
Mix until smooth. Layer the mixture in a freezer-safe container with a layer of the mixture, followed by dollops of the strawberry and crushed graham crackers.
Make swirls in the mixture after you layered it using a butter knife. Cover it with plastic wrap with the film right over the top of the mixture and then put on a lid. Put in the freezer and let it firm up overnight.
