Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Add parchment paper to a 9X11 baking sheet.
Mix the softened butter and both sugars in a bowl. Beat for 2 minutes with a mixer until combined.
Add the egg and vanilla, and mix.
Add a good amount of black food gel (5-6 drops) and mix. You can add more as needed.
Add the flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt at once. Mix with a mixer to form the cookie dough.
Add the milk and blend until smooth.
Pour in the chocolate chips and fold with a spatula.
Use a 2-inch cookie scoop or place 2 teaspoons of cookie dough on the prepared baking sheet. Space the cookies about 2 inches apart.
Slightly press down each cookie with the palm of your hand to flatten it out a bit.
Put the candy eyeballs all over the cookies. Leave some space in between each one.
Bake for 10-12 minutes.
Let the cookies cool for 5 minutes, then enjoy!
