Instructions
Put the wonton wrappers on a cutting board. For the ones you aren't filling right away, let a wet paper towel over them to keep them from drying out.
Add a few marshmallows and chocolate chips to the middle of each wonton wrapper.
Brush the edges of the wrapper with some water and then fold into a triangle shape. Press to seal the edges and remove excess air.
Brush the two edges of the longer side of the triangle with water and then fold them over each other right above the center.
Press the center of the wonton upwards to form a crease.
Repeat with all the wrappers.
Place the oil into a dutch oven and heat to 300 degrees.
Fry the filled wrappers 3-4 until golden, flipping them halfway through. This will take about 3 minutes per batch.
Repeat until all are fried.
