Ingredients
Graham Cracker Crust Ingredients:

Topping Ingredients:

Instructions
Add the cupcake liners to the cupcake pan and spray them with nonstick cooking spray.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
To make the crust, mix the graham cracker crumbs, butter, and sugar in a mixing bowl.
Scoop about 1 Tbsp of the crust mixture into the bottom of each cupcake liner. Use the back of the spoon to press the mixture down inside.
Put the muffin pan in the oven and bake for 5 minutes.
To make the cheesecake filling, beat the cream cheese, sour cream, sugar and egg until mixed well.
Add the cocoa powder and mix.
Scoop the cream cheese mixture into the cupcake liners, filling them up.
Put the pan back into the oven and bake for 20 minutes.
Remove the pan and let them cool for 5 minutes. Put them in the fridge to cool for 30 minutes.
To add the toppings, cut the marshmallows into small pieces.
Add 3-4 pieces on top of each smores bite.
Put the melted chocolate into a piping bag and drizzle on top of each cheesecake. Put them in the fridge for 10 minutes to help cool and firm.
