5cupsGolden Graham cereal
3Tbspbutter
1packagemarshmallows10-ounce package, divided
1bagmilk chocolate morsels11-ounce bag
Instructions
Add nonstick cooking spray to a 9X13-inch casserole dish.
Set aside 1 cup of the marshmallows to use for later.
In a large stock pot, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the rest of the marshmallows and stir until melted. Remove the pan from the heat.
Add the cereal and stir carefully until it is coated.
Press the cereal into the prepared baking dish and push into a flat layer.
Sprinkle the marshmallows from the cup that you set aside earlier on top of the flattened layer of cereal.
Melt the chocolate in the microwave. Stir every 15 seconds until melted. Add the melted chocolate into a piping bag and snip the corner. Snip the piping bag and drizzle the chocolate over the marshmallows and cereal. Smooth it using an offset spatula.
Put the pan in the fridge for it to firm and set.
Take it out of the fridge after it has set and cut it into 20 pieces.
Serve and store any leftovers in an airtight container.
