Ingredients

softened cream cheese

36 OREO Cookies, finely crushed (this will be about 3 cups)

of melted white chocolate wafers

red candy melting wafers

Instructions
Mix the cream cheese and cookie crumbs with a mixer until blended.
Roll into 48 balls. (about 1-inch in size)
Put in the freezer for 10 minutes.
Add the white chocolate to a microwave-safe bowl and heat in 60-second increments until melted. Stir between each session.
Dip the balls into the melted chocolate and then place them on a baking sheet lined with wax paper. Make sure to put them in a single layer.
Add the red candy melts to a pastry bag and melt in 30-second increments until they are melted—Knead between each heat session.
Cut off the corner of the bag and then drizzle over the top of each truffle.
Add the sprinkles asap and then put the truffles in the fridge for 1 hour.
