Instructions
In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, pumpkin pie spice, cinnamon, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.
Add the pumpkin puree, vegetable oil, brown sugar, and eggs. Stir to combine.
Grease the pan of the bread machine with nonstick cooking spray. Pour the batter into the pan and set the bread machine to the quick bread setting.
When the machine beeps, add the mini chocolate chips. Close the lid and continue cooking until the timer goes off.
Remove pan from bread machine and allow to cool for 10 minutes in pan, then remove the bread to a wire rack to cool completely.
Notes
This should make a 1.5 pound loaf of bread.
