Instructions
In a pan on the stove, mix 1 3/4 cup of the water and the sugar over medium heat. Bring the mixture to a boil for 1 minute to dissolve the sugar.
Remove the pan from the heat and then stir in the rest of the ingredients.
Pour the mixture into a bread loaf pan and place in the freezer for 6+ hours to firm. Cover with plastic wrap or foil while freezing.
