Ingredients
2-3Tbspoil
4pork chops
1tspchili powderor more for your liking
salt and pepperto taste
13.5ouncespineapple tidbits
2Tbspbrown sugaror less for your liking
1Tbspminced garlic
2Tbsp soy sauce
Instructions
Add the oil to the skillet over medium heat.
Season the pork chops with the pepper, salt, and chili powder. Add to the hot pan.
Let the pork chops cook for 4-5 minutes per side. They should release easily from the pan and be golden brown in color.
In a small bowl, mix the soy sauce, garlic, brown sugar, and pineapple tidbits.
Pour the pineapple mixture into the skillet and increase the heat to medium-high until the sauce is simmering.
Once it is simmering, reduce the heat to medium-low and cover with a lid. Cook for about 10 minutes until the liquid is thickened to your preference and reduced by at least half.
Serve the pork chops topped with the sauce from the pan.
