Ingredients
2tablespoonsof cocoa powder
3tablespoonsof butter
2tablespoonsof flour
¼Cup(s)of sugar
Pinchof salt
Egg
1teaspoonof vanilla
¼Cup(s)of mini semi-sweet chocolate chips
¼Cup(s)of Reese’s peanut butter cupschopped + more for top
Instructions
Begin by melting the butter in the microwave. Once melted mix in the cocoa and stir well.
Turn on the oven to 350 degrees.
Add in the flour, salt, sugar, vanilla, and egg. Stir until mixed. There will be lumps and that is normal.
Fold in the chocolate chips and Reese’s peanut butter cups.
Divide the brownie batter among two 5-inch mini cast iron skillets.
Bake for 20-22 minutes or until they are just barely done. They will continue to bake in the pan after they are removed from the oven.
Add your favorite toppings and enjoy.
Notes
You can use full-sized Reese’s and chop them up or purchase the baking sized instead. Feel free to swap out the mini chocolate chips for regular-sized. You can also use white chocolate or milk chocolate chips. Another fun idea would be to use peanut butter chips. Serve with ice cream, hot fudge, melted peanut butter, more chocolate pieces, or anything else you enjoy.
