or 3 cups of mini marshmallows

Melting Chocolate
Instructions
Melt butter in a large saucepan over medium heat.
Add marshmallows and melt, stirring constantly
Once fully melted and combined, remove from the heat and add peanut butter. Stir until combined.
Add rice cereal and stir gently until combined.
Press rice crispy treats into a lightly buttered 9x13 baking dish (waxed paper can help keep your hands from getting too sticky)
Melt Chocolate (I use the microwave, just be careful not to burn it) and pour over the top.
Let cool for at least 30 minutes before cutting into bars.
