Instructions
Over medium heat, heat the olive oil (or butter) in a cast-iron skillet.
Put the pork chops onto a cutting board or plate.
Season with the salt. Set aside.
Put the flour in a deep dish or bowl.
Cover each pork chop with the flour, then place in the hot skillet.
Cook for three minutes, then flip.
Cook the pork chops until the internal temperature reaches 145 degrees. This will likely take about 5-7 minutes per pork chop. (use a meat thermometer to verify the internal temperature of the pork)
