Instructions
Add wax paper to a baking sheet.
If the caramel is runny, put it in the fridge for about 20 minutes. You'll want the texture to be stiff for this recipe.
Add the Oreo cookies to a food processor and pulse into fine crumbs. Pour them into a bowl.
Add the cream cheese and fold.
Roll the Oreo cookies and 1 1/2-inch circles. Once done, flatten them into discs that are about 2 inches in size.
Add 1 tablespoon of caramel to the middle of each disc, then roll it back into a ball. Repeat until done for all.
Put the pan in the freezer for about 30 minutes.
Melt the candy melts according to the package directions.
Take the truffles out of the freezer and coat them in the melted white candy. Once done, place it back onto the baking sheet.
Add the golden sprinkles. Put the pan in the fridge for 20 minutes.
