Ingredients

box vanilla cake mix

can of orange soda
12-ounces

tub of vanilla frosting

container whipped topping
Orange sprinkles
Orange and white straws
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Put the liners into the cupcake pan.
Add the soda and cake mix into a bowl and beat at medium speed for 60 seconds.
Fill the liners 3/4 the way full of the cupcake batter, then place the pan in the oven.
Bake for 12-15 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
Let the cupcakes cool for about 1 hour.
Grab the frosting container and the whipped topping, and mix them in a bowl.
Put the frosting into a piping bag with a tip. (this can be optional)
Push the frosting down in the bag, and then start frosting at the outer edge and work your way around toward the middle.
Add sprinkles.
If you are adding a straw, cut the orange straw into four pieces and add to the cupcake.
