Instructions
Mix the whipped cream, lemon zest, sweetened condensed milk, and lemon juice together in a bowl. Stir well.
Scoop the mixture into a loaf pan.
Put the loaf pan in the freezer overnight for hard ice cream, or 4-6 hours for softer ice cream.
To make homemade whipped cream (optional), combine the powdered sugar and the heavy whipping cream with a mixer until stiff peaks form.
