Melt the melting wafers according to the package directions until smooth.
Put the melted chocolate in a piping bag.
Pipe the letters M & O into the letter mold and place it in the freezer for 5-8 minutes.
Pop out the letters carefully, and repeat with another M. If the chocolate needs to be melted again, just heat it for 15 seconds.
Clean and dry all the fruit. Slice the lines and orange.
Create the meat rose by adding a slice of salami to the rim of a glass cup. Then add another slice overlapping the first, and continue adding until you can't see the inside glass. Turn the glass over. Repeat to make two roses.
Place the brie cheese in the middle of the board, followed by the two meat roses on each side. Add some slices of bread in the upper corner.
Put a small bowl of honey in the opposite upper corner of the bread.
Add the Colby Jack cheese below the brie chees and add folded slices of ham onto each side of the Colby Jack cheese.
Lay 1/2 the pack of crackers in a row in the lower corner, opposite the bread.
Split the grape bunch and put some on each side of the crackers.
Add the strawberries and chocolate-covered strawberries on the other lower side of the board.
Add the blueberries in any gaps.
Put olives in between the brie cheese and bread.
Lay the orange slices across the area at the top of the board and the kiwi slices on top of the orange slices.
Put the pecans in between the meat roses and honey.
Add a lot of pistachios in between the ham and crackers.
Place the macros in different parts of the board to fill gaps. Do the same with the wrapped chocolates.
Place the chocolate MOM on top of the brie cheese.
