BBQ Meatballs Sauce Ingredients:

Instructions
Mini Meatloaf Bites
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. Add non-stick cooking spray to the muffin pan.
Mix all the ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Use your hands to mix well. Separate the meat mixture into six balls of the same size.
Put the balls in the individual muffin cups and press the meat mixture down in the cup.
Add a bit of ketchup to each one, and place the muffin pan in the oven.
Bake for 30 minutes to fully cook the meatloaf.
BBQ Meatballs:
Mix meat ingredients together, shape into 1-inch balls, and place in baking dish.
Mix sauce ingredients and pour over meatballs.
Bake at 350 degrees for about an hour, basting occasionally
