Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Add parchment paper to a 9X9 baking dish.
Put the pie crust in the baking dish and press it to fit the shape of the dish. You can use a knife to cut any excess dough. You want it to lay flat in the bottom of the dish.
Place the pan in the oven and bake for 9 minutes until lightly browned.
Add the white chocolate chips, brown sugar, corn syrup, evaporated milk, butter, and molasses to a saucepan. Stir over medium heat.
Stir until everything melts and is combined.
Take the pan off the heat and add the extract and salt. Stir.
Once the pie crust is out of the oven, pour the fudge mixture into the pan on top of the baked crust. Spread it out evenly.
Top with the chopped pecans and press them lightly into the fudge mixture.
Let it cool at room temperature or in the fridge for 1 hour before slicing and serving.
