4.9 oz of AuGratin potato mixes (any brand, even store brand)

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Combine evaporated milk, water, butter, potato slices, and sauce mix in the package over medium heat in a large saucepan or pot.
Remove it from the heat as soon as it comes to a boil.
Stir in the sour cream and chives (or green onions).
Pour into a prepared 13x9-inch baking pan. Then Sprinkle with cheese.
Bake for 40 minutes or until golden brown.
