Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Add parchment paper to two baking sheets. Set aside.
Beat the cake mix, eggs, and oil until smooth. This will take about 2 minutes.
Add the confectioner's sugar to a small bowl.
Use a 1 1/2 T cookie scoop to scoop out the batter, then roll the balls in the sugar bowl until coated.
Put the cookie dough balls on the cookie sheets, 3 inches apart.
Bake for 10-12 minutes or until lightly golden and spread out.
Let the cookies cool for 5 minutes on the cookie sheet, then move to a cooling rack or serve.
