Instructions
In a large stock pot, brown the ground beef and diced onions until the onions are translucent and the meat is no longer pink on the inside.
Reduce the heat then add the garlic and Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
Stir in the mixed vegetables, diced tomatoes and beef broth.
Cover the soup and simmer for 20 minutes.
Finally, add the kidney beans and macaroni noodles.
Simmer for an additional 10 to 15 minutes, until the noodles are tender.
Remove from the stove and enjoy!
