Instructions
Set the Instant Pot to sauté and place the ground beef, onions and garlic in the inner pot.
Mixing in the onions and garlic while you break up the meat, stirring until the ground beef is cooked through.
Add the potatoes, mixed vegetables, and tomatoes and turn off the Instant Pot.
Season the meat and potatoes mixture with parsley, black pepper, and salt.
Add in your tomato sauce, beef broth, and water and stir until well combined.
Seal your Instant Pot and set it to soup mode or low pressure for 30 minutes.
