1poundground beef
1small oniondiced
3Clove(s)garlicminced
1Cup(s)shredded carrots
1Cup(s)uncooked wild rice blend
1teaspoonparsley
½teaspoonthyme
½teaspoonrosemary
1teaspoonsalt
½teaspoonpepper
4Cup(s)beef broth
2Cup(s)heavy cream
Instructions
In a skillet, brown your ground beef with onion and garlic. Place the browned beef into your slow cooker.
Add the carrots and wild rice blend, along with parsley, thyme, rosemary, salt and pepper.
Pour your beef broth over the top and stir well.
Cook covered on low for 6 to 8 hours or high for 3 to 4 hours.
When you're ready to serve, stir in the heavy cream and set your slow cooker to high.
Cook for an additional 10-20 minutes, until the cream is warm.
