Microwave on high, stirring every 30-60 seconds until all the cheese is melted. Be very careful that you don't burn it.
Add in the prepared Turkey, stir well.
Serve with Tortilla chips.
Notes
I like to liquefy the RoTel in my food processor before adding it to the Velveeta, but it isn't necessary.Turkey has very little oil. So, you want to add enough to keep it from sticking or burning. I use vegetable oil, but olive or coconut works, too.
