Instructions
Mix the whipped cream and the sweetened condensed milk in a mixing bowl.
Stir well, then scoop 1/2 the mixture into a different bow.
Add the red food coloring to one bowl, and the green to the other bowl.
Stir.
Scoop out one cup at a time and add to the loaf pan, alternating colors until it is all added.
Put the loaf pan in the freezer overnight for hard ice cream, or for 4-6 hours for softer ice cream.
To make the homemade whipped cream, mix the whipped cream and the powdered sugar with a mixer until stiff peaks form.
