Take a small baking dish (9X9) and line with parchment paper.
Put the white chocolate chips and butter into a pot on the stove and heat on medium hit until smooth.
Pour into the pan once melted.
Put red candy discs in microwave safe bowl with 1 tablespoon of coconut oil. Heat on high in microwave for 30 second intervals, stirring between each one. Repeat with green.
Alternate the red and green candy melt, peppermint and M&M's and drizzle over the top.
