A Grinch Cheese Ball is the perfect addition to any Grinchmas party! It's the perfect addition to any Grinchmas cheese board, and is sure to be a hit with your guests.
Chop the green onions into small bits and add them to the mixing bowl.
Chop the green olives, pimentos and all, into small bits and add them to the chopped green onion.
Add the season salt and set the mixing bowl aside.
Add 1/2 of the food coloring to the cream cheese and stir until the cheese is consistently green throughout.
Add the remaining portion of food coloring to the mozzarella cheese and stir until the cheese is consistently green throughout.
Add the cheeses to the mixing bowl with the green onion and stir until the mixture is completely combined.
Spoon the mixture onto your plate in a vaguely Grinch-face shape. I did this by making three balls, two on the bottom and one on the top of those two in a triangle. Then I smoothed and shaped until I had a pointy chin and rounded flat head above two large cheeks.
Using the pecan pieces, outline the shape of the Grinch face and further form it as desired.
Slice the yellow bell pepper into two small eye shapes, flat on the top and rounded on the bottom. Place these in the head area.
Slice the black olives very thinly and use them to create a nose, mouth and eyebrows, as well as further detail the pupils.
Surround with crackers or other dipping materials and serve!
