Spray a 9X9 or 11X6 baking pan with nonstick spray.
Break the eggs into a mixing bowl.
Add the food coloring and milk and stir.
Open the canned biscuits and cut each biscuit into 4-6 pieces.
Place the cut biscuits on the bottom of the baking pan.
Sprinkle the cubed ham on top of the biscuits.
Pour the egg mixture on top of the biscuits and ham.
Place the baking dish in the oven for 40-45 minutes or until the casserole is not running in the middle. (there may be a slight jiggle still but it shouldn't be runny) The biscuits should also be browned.
