coconut oil

Instructions
Line a 9X9 baking dish with parchment paper.
Put the green candy melts and 3/4 tablespoon of coconut oil into a microwave-safe bowl. Melt in 30 second increments, stirring between each.
Once melted, pour into baking dish and spread out evenly.
Repeat with the red candy melts.
Once melted, drizzle over the green and then run a knife to swirl.
Top with peppermints and sprinkles. Put in the fridge for 1 hour.
After that time, take the parchment paper and drop on the counter a few times to break up the bark.
