small organic cucumber
cut into 12 equal slices

cut into 12 equal pieces

grape or cherry tomatoes

large pitted black olives
Extra virgin olive oil

dried Italian seasoning
Sea salt and black pepper
Instructions
Put the cucumber slices on a platter and add the Feta cheese on top.
Press the wooden skewer through the cheese and cucumber and then add a tomato, followed by a black olive.
Right before serving, drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with the seasoning. Add salt and pepper and enjoy.
