Head Cauliflower
(about 3-4 cups florets)

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
Drizzle the florets with olive oil in a large bowl. Toss to coat.
Add the minced garlic, pepper, and salt. Toss.
Add and stir in the parmesan cheese.
Spread the coated cauliflower onto a baking sheet. Don't overcrowd.
Bake for 10 minutes, flip, and bake for another 5-10 minutes until the cauliflower is golden brown.
