Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Add cupcake liners to a cupcake pan.
Add the pudding and cake mix to a large mixing bowl. Use a mixer and mix the oil, water, and eggs on medium speed.
Spread the batter evenly between four mixing bowls. Add the pink food coloring to one, blue to the other, purple to the third, and black to the fourth bowl.
Add the colored batter into the cupcake tin until each is 2/3 full. Put the pan in the oven and bake for 18-20 minutes or until an inserted toothpick comes out clean. Let the cupcakes cool completely before adding frosting.
To make the frosting, cream the butter in a bowl for 2 minutes until light and fluffy.
Slowly mix in the powdered sugar 1 cup at a time, alternating with 1 tablespoon of Twinkie coffee creamer. Mix until stiff peaks form.
Add the frosting to the piping bag and frost the cupcakes. Add sprinkles.
