12large marshmallows
1Cup(s)of unsalted buttersoftened
4Cup(s)of confectioners’ sugar
2tablespoonof cocoa powder
2-3tablespoonsof milk
½Cup(s)of pecanschopped
⅓Cup(s)of miniature marshmallowscut into small pieces
Instructions
Make up the cupcake mixture according to the directions on the box.
Once done, pour into the cupcake liners in the tin about 2/3 full. Put in the oven and bake according to the time on the box.
Remove from oven but leave the oven on. Take a knife and dig out a small hole in the middle of each cupcake. About 1 inch in size and 1/2 inch deep.
Put a big marshmallow in the hole and bake the cupcakes for another 5 minutes. Cool once removed from the oven.
Take a different bowl and mix the butter, confectioners’ sugar, cocoa powder, and milk. Start on low and then go up to high.
Put a scoop of the buttercream frosting into piping bag with a #21 tip.
Frost the cupcakes.
Add some chopped pecans and mini marshmallows on top. Enjoy!
