small onion diced

cans 8 oz each tomato sauce

can 10 oz each diced tomatoes & green chilies - mild
original or hot - your choice

can 15 oz each black beans
rinsed and drained

teaspoon
ground cumin
Instructions
Cook spaghetti according to package directions, drain and set aside.
In a large skillet over medium heat, warm the oil. Saute the onions until tender, about 5 minutes.
Add the diced tomoatoes, black beans, cumin and tomato sauce. Simmer 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Serve spaghetti topped with sauce or mix spaghetti into sauce and serve.
