These Edible S'mores Cookie Dough Balls are perfect for those days that just call for sitting down and eating some cookie dough. Comfort food at it's finest--and you didn't even have to bake. That's what I call a win.
Heat over medium flame for 5 minutes, stirring often.*
Set aside to cool.
Meanwhile, chop graham crackers into small pieces, about the size of the marshmallows.
In the bowl of a stand mixer with a whisk attachment, add softened butter and whip for 10-15 seconds.
Add vanilla and both sugars, and mix until combined, about 15 seconds.
Add flour and beat until combined.
Add milk, a little at a time until it resembles cookie dough.
Fold in chocolate chunks, marshmallows and graham crackers.
Refrigerate for 15 min.
Serve.

*When you make edible cookie dough, you want to make sure to heat the flour to kill any germs. Others have mentioned online that you can also put flour on a baking sheet and bake for 5-7 minutes at 350?
