In this order, add the water, sugar and yeast into the pan of the bread machine.
Let the yeast dissolve and foam for 7-10 minutes.
In this order, add the oil, flour and salt to the yeast mixture.
Select Basic or White Bread setting, 1.5 pound loaf, and press Start.

I transferred to a cooling rack for about 30 minutes before cutting. Then, I allowed another 30-40 minutes before sealing. You need to make sure it is totally cooled to avoid creating moisture. Simply wrap it in plastic wrap for storage.
