Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 9X13-inch pan.
Add the eggs, oil, milk, and vanilla to a large mixing bowl.
Blend the sugar, flour, baking powder, and salt in a different bowl.
Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix. Pour 1/2 of the cake batter into the baking dish.
In a bowl, mix the cinnamon and the brown sugar.
Drop six scoops of the sugar mixture onto the cake mixture.
Use a butter knife and make swirls with the sugar mixture.
Melt the butter and add to the rest of the sugar mixture. Using your fingers, sprinkle the sugar mixture on the rest of the cake.
Put the cake in the oven and bake for 35-40 minutes.
