To make the brownie mixture, mix together the butter, vanilla, eggs, and sugar.
Grab a different bowl and mix the flour, baking powder, salt, and cocoa. Once blended, add to the brownie mixture ingredients until smooth.
Put cupcake liners in a cupcake pan and fill them 1/3 full of the brownie mixture.
To make the cake mixture, mix together the sugar, butter, eggs, and vanilla until creamy.
Use a different bowl and mix together the flour, baking powder, and salt, and mix.
Add the dry mixture to the cake mixture a little at a time, alternating with milk, until all the flour mixture and all the milk have been added. Mix.
Add in the Orange food coloring and mix to color.
Take the mixture and add to the cupcake liners to about 2/3 full on top of the brownie mixture.
Put in the oven at 350 degrees and bake for 20-25 minutes.
Once done, remove and put on a wire rack to cool. They'll take about 2 hours to cool all the way.
To make the frosting, mix the Crisco and softened butter until smooth. Next, you're going to add the vanilla and blend.
Then add in the powdered sugar a small amount at a time and alternate with the cream until the frosting is thick.
Once the frosting is ready, take out half and add in the orange food coloring.
Then add the brown food coloring to the mix and make it look like chocolate frosting.
If the frosting isn't thick, add in more powdered sugar and mix. If it seems too thick, add in a small amount of creamer and mix.
Put down two layers of plastic wrap on the counter and put the orange frosting in the center of one piece and the brown in the middle of the other. Roll the plastic around the frosting until you have a long tube with the frosting inside.
Trim off the end and place the two plastic wraps side by side in a pastry bag with a star tip on the end.
Beginning at the outside of the cupcake, squeeze and swirl the frosting on top. You should come to a point in the middle. This will give you a multicolor look. Add sprinkles and enjoy.
