Instructions
Add the ground beef to a skillet and cook it thoroughly. This will take about 30 minutes.
In a different skillet, heat the olive oil on medium and cook the diced onion for about 10 minutes. Cook it until it is caramelized.
Add the garlic and cook on low for 2 minutes.
Add the onion and garlic to the ground beef.
Add the beef stock and the flour and stir.
Add the heavy cream, tomato sauce, Italian seasoning, pepper, garlic salt, and brown sugar. Stir until thick and bubbly.
Turn the heat on low and let it simmer.
Cook the egg noodles according to the directions on the package.
Drain the cooked noodles and then add them to the skillet with the rest of the ingredients.
Stir well.
Add cheese on top and stir to melt.
Serve.
