package cream cheese

Instructions
Put the brown sugar and cream cheese into a bowl and mix with a mixer until smooth.
Add in 1/4 cup of caramel sauce and mix.
Put half of the creamy dip into your dip bowl and top with caramel sauce and chocolate chips. Scoop on the second half and add toppings as well.
Put in the fridge until you're ready to eat.
