Ingredients
To make the Cookies

box of Yellow cake mix

of Orange juice

To make the Cream Filling

of softened butter

of softened cream cheese

of Orange extract

up of Powdered sugar

of chopped up Dried Cranberries
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 375° and line your baking sheet with parchment paper.
Mix the cake mix, oil, orange juice, zest, and eggs in a large bowl.
Put 1 T of the batter onto the baking sheet, leaving about 3 inches in between each one.
Put in the middle rack of your oven and bake for about 10 minutes or so.
Take out and let cool for 10 minutes on the pan. Move to a wire rack.
To Make the Cream Filling
Mix the butter, orange extract, and cream cheese until fluffy.
Mix in the powdered sugar.
Carefully fold in the cranberries.
Add the cream filling on half of the cookies. Put the other cookie on top and dust the top with powdered sugar.
