Ingredients

  • ½ Cup(s) of cookie butter
  • ¼ Cup(s) white chocolate chips
  • 1-2 T shortening or butter
  • 4 or 5 cups of Chex cereal
  • 1 Cup(s) of powdered sugar

Instructions

  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Put the white chocolate chips, shortening/butter, and cookie butter in a microwave-safe bowl and heat for 35 seconds. Stir. Reheat if needed.
  • Mix in the Chex cereal. Coating completely.
  • Put the powdered sugar into a ziplock bag and add in the cereal.
  • Close the bag and shake well.
  • Pour the cereal out on the baking sheet and let it dry for an hour.
