Instructions
Combine milk, tofu, banana, 1 tablespoon sugar, coffee powder and ice cubes in a blender.
Blend until very frothy. Taste and add more sugar, if needed.
Pour into glasses and sprinkle with cinnamon, if desired. Serve immediately.
