Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Add foil to a square 8X8 baking pan, and spray the foil with nonstick spray.
Add the flour, cocoa powder, and salt in a small bowl. Mix and sit aside.
Add the sugars and butter to a large mixing bowl. Beat well until light and fluffy, about 3 minutes.
Add the vanilla and egg and beat well.
Mix in the flour mixture slowly and beat until just combined.
Fold in the chocolate chips, pretzels, and peanuts.
Press the batter into the baking pan.
Put the pan in the oven and bake for 18-23 minutes until the edges are brown.
Let the bars cool before lifting the foil out of the pan. Remove the foil and cut the bars into 16 squares.
