Place caramel sauce and ganache in serving bowls and place them on the board first. For the best presentation and balance, place them on opposite sides of the board.
Arrange the cookies, Rolo candy, and truffles on the board. Place the cookies in a large pile, the Rolo candies in a row or pile, and the truffles in a neat stack.
Place cut fruit on the board, preferably near the dip they accompany best.
Fill the board with wafers, pretzels, marshmallows, and chocolate bars in neat rows or stacks. Enjoy.
Notes
While portions of the board can be made in advance, it is best to serve soon after assembling, mainly to ensure the fruit is fresh and doesn’t brown.
